Everyone knows Batman. You certainly know Catwoman. But do you know Batwoman?
The CW produced a brand new series on this less known superhero featuring actress Ruby Rose.
Unfortunately, having breast and being gay with a scent of girl-power did not suffice to please the critics. The series is currently having a score of 3.2/10 on IMDb as well as 8% of audience score on Rotten Tomatoes.
Here are some of the comments that flourished following the release of the pilot episode last Sunday:
"I like that batwoman is gay, but the writing on this show is terrible, and the acting of Ruby Rose is unbelievably bad. All the other actors are fine, but overall the show is nearly unwatchable."
"Watched the first episode and it felt like a fan film made in the batman universe. Plus I was told by Ruby Rose that it was not made for me."
"The acting is terrible and again lazy not even bothering to make a head wound when she gets blasted with a bat in the face!"
"What the heck was that? Dumb."
"I watched the show hoping it wouldn't be as bad as everyone says it is, I was wrong. Horrible."
"Ruby Rose is just not a good choice."
"If you like cringe compilations you'll like this."

While you cannot judge an entire series based solely on its pilot, the content of the reviews are still quite eloquent, to such an extent where it will be rather complex for the showrunners to pull this one off. Perhaps they could use some help from, let's say, a superhero?
