Your mother... was Lyanna Stark. And your father... your real father was Rhaegar Targaryen. You've never been a bastard. You're Aegon Targaryen tue heir to the Iron Throne.
Jon Snow: I don't know how to ride a dragon.
Daenerys: Nobody does. Until they ride a dragon.
Did you bend the knee to save the North, or because you love her?

Winter is here... and it is boring
By Jack Anderson on May 6, 2019
In a way, this is a reunion episode. Jon reunites with Arya and Bran. Arya with The Hound, Jon with Samwell, Gendry with Arya, etc.
But more importantly, this episode is a needed one. What I mean by that is that we have to go through the troops planning and going to Winterfell. We have to go through the characters preparing themselves. There is no other way. Obviously, this makes the episode slightly uninteresting, but you cannot have a grandiose finale if there is no build up beforehand.
As many season premiere, this episode is very slow. But more than slow, the episode is quite boring. Jon Snow flies on a dragon and that's pretty much it. The only interesting moment is when Jon learns that he's the true king and the true heir from the Iron Heir.
The only thing that I liked in this episode was the last scene, when Jaime Lannister meets the eyes of Bran Stark, the young kid he threw out of a window in the first season (you know, the one that was interesting).
I give it 4 out of 10. Average.
Waiting for winter to come

This is the preparation for the big battle to come.
The pace however is very slow.
