Motivational booklet
By Jack Anderson on August 27, 2018
 (5/10)

At the beginning of the book, millionaire investor Grant Cardone states what this is. A booklet written in two hours, nothing more, nothing less. While I don't think it is worth $14.95 (current price on Amazon.com) in terms of number of pages, it clearly got some great content. That makes it a very difficult thing to rate. Therefore, for once, let me focus on its content that on the overall quality of this art form.

CONCEPTS
There are some great concepts shared in this book. The ones that struck me the most were:
- Where is my money? As he repeats way more than necessary, you've got to know where is my money. It is more concrete than simply saying "follow the money." What I loved is the concept that there is no money to be made. Money is already there, printed. Cardone takes the example of sticky notes. How many sticky notes are there? How can I get sticky notes? And most importantly, who's got the sticky notes?
- Playing offense. Grant Cardone is definitely not a fan of the latte factor - this theory that says that you need to be extremely frugal and save on everything, including your daily latte or even ensuring you've got enough air in your tires. Cardone explains that the game is about playing offense and not defense.

SUMMARY
A very interesting motivational booklet. I give it 5 out of 10. Good. I would have much preferred a real and thoughtful book instead, therefore, I'll focus on his 10X book next.
